Ligue 2 (Week 25) : Laval and Red Star play out 1-1 draw
FRANCE, Feb. 10, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 25: The match between Laval and Red Star ended in a 1-1 draw on Friday.
Laval players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Laval defender Adrien Monfray in the 16th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Red Star with a saving goal from Guinean midfielder Sekou Keita in the 80th minute.
Red Star FC remains in 16th place with 27 points from 25 games, 3 points behind Valenciennes FC.
