Ligue 2 (Week 26) : Sochaux and Laval play out 1-1 draw
FRANCE, Feb. 17, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 26: The match between Sochaux and Laval ended in a 1-1 draw on Friday.
Laval players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Laval midfielder Modibo Dembélé in the 12th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Sochaux with a saving goal from Sochaux forward Moussa Sao in the 72nd minute.
FC Sochaux-Montbeliard remains in 8th place with 37 points from 26 games, one point behind Nimes Olympique.
