Ligue 2 (Week 5) : Ajaccio beats Tours 3-1
FRANCE, Aug. 25, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 5: Two wins in a row for Ajaccio. After their 2-0 win against Paris FC on August 18, Ajaccio continued their sensational form in the Ligue 2 with a 3-1 victory over Tours this Friday.
Ajaccio dominated the first half thanks to goals from Maazou Moussa ('12) and Gimbert ('22). Leading 2-0 at the break, Ajaccio players further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Wissa Yoane in stoppage time.
AC Ajaccio climbed to third place with 11 points from 5 games, only one point behind Reims, which has a game in hand.
