Ligue 2 (Week 8) : Nimes beats Tours 4-0
FRANCE, Sep. 19, 2017 (AMP) — Ligue 2 / Match day 8: Four wins in a row for Nimes. After their success against Le Havre, Ajaccio and Auxerre, the Crocodiles continued their sensational form in the Ligue 2 with a 4-0 victory over Tours this Tuesday.
Nimes dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Cadamuro Liassine in the 40th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Crocodiles further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Vlachodimos '51, Del Castillo Romain '53 and Depres Clement '83).
Nimes Olympique climbed to third place with 16 points from 8 games, only one point behind Lorient.
