UNITED STATES, Mar. 13, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: Two wins in a row for San Jose Earthquakes. After their 1-0 win against Colorado Rapids on March 6, the Quakes continued their sensational form in the MLS with a 2-1 victory over Portland Timbers this Sunday.
San Jose Earthquakes dominated the first half thanks to goals from Wondolowski Chris ('30) and Amarikwa Quincy ('45). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Quakes further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by in the th minute.
San Jose Earthquakes climbed to second place with 6 points from 2 games, tie on points with Montreal Impact.
