UNITED STATES, Apr. 9, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: Two wins in a row for Real Salt Lake. After their 1-2 win against Sporting Kansas City on April 2, the Royals continued their sensational form in the MLS with a 1-0 victory over the Colorado Rapids this Saturday.
The Colorado Rapids made Real Salt Lake doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Plata Joao in the 72nd minute.
Real Salt Lake climbed to second place with 11 points from 5 games, only one point behind Sporting Kansas City.
