MLS : LA Galaxy defeats Houston 4-1
UNITED STATES, Apr. 15, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: After their 0-0 draw against Vancouver Whitecaps on April 10 and 1-1 draw against Portland Timbers on April 10, the Galaxy returned to winning ways with a 4-1 victory over Houston Dynamo this Friday.
Dos Santos Giovani scored dual goals
Houston Dynamo opened the score in the score in the 1st minute thanks to Horst David, before LA Galaxy regained the advantage with Dos Santos Giovani ('4, '31) and Husidic Baggio ('21). Leading 3-1 at the break, the Galaxy further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Zardes Gyasi in the 49th minute.
Los Angeles Galaxy climbed to third place with 11 points from 6 games, only one point behind Sporting Kansas City.
