MLS : Colorado defeats Seattle 3-1
UNITED STATES, Apr. 23, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: Three wins in a row for the Colorado Rapids. After their success against Sporting Kansas City and New York Red Bulls, the Rapids continued their sensational form in the MLS with a 3-1 victory over Seattle Sounders FC this Saturday.
The Colorado Rapids dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Jones Jermaine in the 20th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Rapids further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Solignac Luis '51 and Doyle Kevin '86).
the Colorado Rapids climbed to second place with 16 points from 8 games, only one point behind FC Dallas.
