MLS : LA Galaxy defeats Revolution 4-2
UNITED STATES, May. 8, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: After their 1-1 draw against Sporting Kansas City on May 1, the Galaxy bounced back with a 4-2 victory over New England this Sunday.
Keane Robbie scored dual goals
LA Galaxy dominated the first half thanks to goals from Keane Robbie ('13, '45) and Dos Santos Giovani ('24). Leading 3-0 at the break, the Galaxy further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Gerrard Steven in stoppage time.
Los Angeles Galaxy climbed to second place with 18 points from 9 games, 2 points behind Colorado Rapids.
