No goals in the first half and one each in the second, Wynne Marvell ('83 own) for LA Galaxy, Fatai Alashe ('87) for San Jose Earthquakes.
Los Angeles Galaxy climbed to third place with 20 points from 11 games, 6 points behind FC Dallas.
