MLS : New York City and Orlando play to a 2-2 draw
UNITED STATES, May. 29, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: The match between New York City and Orlando City ended in a 2-2 draw on Sunday.
New York City players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Brillant Frederic in the 42nd minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, and despite Villa David goal ('66) in the second period, they could not prevent a comeback by Orlando City with goals by Baptista Julio ('72) and Molino Kevin ('90).
New York City FC climbed to 10th place with 18 points from 14 games, only one point behind Montreal Impact, which has a game in hand.
