MLS : Montreal hold Kansas City to 2-2

CANADA, Jun. 25, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: The match between Montreal Impact and Sporting Kansas City ended in a 2-2 draw on Saturday.

Montreal Impact players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Ontivero Lucas ('16) and Piatti Ignacio ('39 on penalty) while Sporting Kansas City only scored once Dwyer Dominic ('21). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Sporting Kansas City with a saving goal from Dwyer Dominic in the 59th minute.

Sporting Kansas City are down in 10th place with 22 points from 18 games, tie on points with San Jose Earthquakes, which has two games in hand.
