MLS : Kansas City beats Columbus 3-2

UNITED STATES, Jul. 3, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: After their 2-2 draw against Montreal Impact on June 25, the Wizards returned to winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Columbus Crew this Sunday.

Columbus Crew had started off well by taking the lead in the 22nd minute with a goal by Kamara Ola. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Wizards nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Feilhaber Benny '49 on penalty, Zusi Graham '56 and Besler Matt '90).

Sporting Kansas City climbed to 6th place with 25 points from 19 games, only one point behind Philadelphia Union, which has a game in hand.
