MLS : DC United and Montreal play out 1-1 draw
UNITED STATES, Jul. 31, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: The match between DC United and Montreal Impact ended in a 1-1 draw on Sunday.
DC United players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Mullins Patrick in the 20th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Montreal Impact with a saving goal from Bernardello Hernan in the 86th minute.
Montreal Impact climbed to 8th place with 30 points from 21 games, 2 points behind New York Red Bulls.
