MLS : Houston defeats San Jose 2-1
UNITED STATES, Aug. 19, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: After their 1-1 draw against Toronto FC on August 14, the Dynamo bounced back with a 2-1 victory over San Jose Earthquakes this Friday.
Houston Dynamo dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Clark Ricardo in the 6th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Dynamo further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Horst David in the 50th minute.
San Jose Earthquakes remains in 12nd place with 31 points from 24 games, one point behind Portland Timbers.
