MLS : DC United beats Orlando 4-1
UNITED STATES, Sep. 24, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: After their 2-2 draw against New York Red Bulls on September 16 and 2-2 draw against Chicago Fire on September 16, DCU bounced back with a 4-1 victory over Orlando City this Saturday.
Mullins Patrick scored dual goals
DC United dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Mullins Patrick in the 34th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, DCU further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Sam Lloyd '51, Mullins Patrick '53 and Buescher Julian '90).
DC United climbed to 12nd place with 37 points from 30 games, only one point behind Montreal Impact.
