MLS : Columbus beats Chicago Fire 3-0

UNITED STATES, Oct. 1, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: After losing 3-0 to DC United on September 28, the Black & Gold returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Chicago Fire this Saturday.

Columbus Crew dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Afful Harrison in the 8th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Black & Gold further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Meram Justin '50 and Duka Dilly '60).

Columbus Crew SC climbed to 16th place with 35 points from 31 games, 2 points behind San Jose Earthquakes.
