MLS : DC United beats New York City 3-1

UNITED STATES, Oct. 16, 2016 (AMP) — MLS: After two straigth victories against Chicago Fire and Houston Dynamo, NYCFC lost 3-1 against DC United.

DC United dominated the first half thanks to goals from Mullins Patrick ('27), Boswell Bobby ('31) and Vincent Rob ('45). Leading 3-0 at the break, DCU further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by in the th minute.

New York City FC are down in fifth place with 51 points from 33 games, tie on points with Los Angeles Galaxy.
