MLS : Houston draw 2-2 with Portland
UNITED STATES, Jul. 29, 2017 (AMP) — MLS: The match between Houston Dynamo and Portland Timbers ended in a 2-2 draw on Saturday.
Portland Timbers players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Valeri Diego ('13) and Blanco Sebastian ('44) while Houston Dynamo only scored once Manotas Mauro ('38). However, even though they were leading 2-1 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Houston Dynamo with a saving goal from Cabezas Juan in the 84th minute.
Houston Dynamo are down in 8th place with 33 points from 22 games, one point behind FC Dallas, which has two games in hand.
