Vancouver Whitecaps made New England doubt themselves for forty-five minutes. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Bunbury Teal in the 53rd minute.
Vancouver Whitecaps FC remains in 13rd place with 31 points from 22 games, one point behind San Jose Earthquakes.
