MLS : Chicago Fire beats Revolution 4-1

UNITED STATES, Aug. 5, 2017 (AMP) — MLS: After losing 2-1 to New York City on July 29 and 3-2 to Sporting Kansas City on July 29, the Men in Red returned to winning ways with a 4-1 victory over New England this Saturday.

Chicago Fire dominated the first half thanks to goals from Polster Matt ('8) and Juninho Vitor ('39). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Men in Red further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (De Leeuw Michael '49 and Solignac Luis '90).

Chicago Fire SC remains in second place with 41 points from 22 games, 3 points behind Toronto FC.
