UNITED STATES, Jul. 29, 2017 (AMP) — MLS: The Men in Red crashed to their 2nd consecutive defeat as they lost 3-2 against Sporting Kansas City.
Sporting Kansas City dominated the first half thanks to goals from Salloi Daniel ('23) and Feilhaber Benny ('45). Leading 2-1 at the break, the Wizards further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Blessing Latif in the 51st minute.
Chicago Fire SC remains in second place with 38 points from 21 games, 2 points behind Toronto FC.
