MLS : Real Salt Lake and Kansas City tied at 1-1

UNITED STATES, Jul. 22, 2017 (AMP) — MLS: Sporting Kansas City was held to a 1-1 draw by Real Salt Lake on Saturday.

Real Salt Lake players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Silva Luis in the 43rd minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Sporting Kansas City with a saving goal from Feilhaber Benny on penalty in the 59th minute.

Sporting Kansas City are down in 6th place with 33 points from 21 games, tie on points with Atlanta United FC, which has a game in hand.
