UNITED STATES, Aug. 25, 2017 (AMP) — MLS: New York City was held to a 1-1 draw by New York Red Bulls on Friday.

No goals in the first half and one each in the second, Veron Gonzalo ('70 on penalty) for New York Red Bulls, Moralez Maximiliano ('56) for New York City.

New York City FC remains in second place with 47 points from 26 games, 6 points behind Toronto FC.
