MLS : Vancouver defeats Minnesota United 3-0

CANADA, Sep. 13, 2017 (AMP) — MLS: Three wins in a row for Vancouver Whitecaps. After their success against Orlando City and Real Salt Lake, the Caps continued their sensational form in the MLS with a 3-0 victory over Minnesota United this Wednesday.

Vancouver Whitecaps dominated the first half thanks to goals from Reyna Yordy ('5) and Hurtado Erik ('31). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Caps further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Shea Brek with one minute left in regular time.

Vancouver Whitecaps FC climbed to fourth place with 44 points from 27 games, only one point behind Chicago Fire SC.
