MLS : Vancouver beats Real Salt Lake 3-2
CANADA, Sep. 9, 2017 (AMP) — MLS: Two wins in a row for Vancouver Whitecaps. After their 1-2 win against Orlando City on August 26, the Caps continued their sensational form in the MLS with a 3-2 victory over Real Salt Lake this Saturday.
Techera Cristian opened the score in the 29th minute, before seeing Real Salt Lake catch up in the 37th minute thanks to Wingert Chris. 1-1 at half time. The Caps eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Waston Kendall ('52) and Reyna Yordy ('64).
Vancouver Whitecaps FC climbed to 8th place with 41 points from 26 games, tie on points with New York Red Bulls.
