UNITED STATES, Sep. 23, 2017 (AMP) — MLS: Toronto FC crashed to their 2nd consecutive defeat as they lost 2-1 against New England.

45 minutes of play and neither New England nor Toronto FC have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Nguyen Lee ('82) and Kamara Kei ('87).

Toronto FC remains in first place with 62 points from 31 games, a 10-point lead over runner-up New York City FC, which has a game in hand.
