UNITED STATES, Sep. 23, 2017 (AMP) — MLS: Two wins in a row for Real Salt Lake. After their 2-1 win against Portland Timbers on September 16, the Royals continued their sensational form in the MLS with a 2-0 victory over Seattle Sounders FC this Saturday.
45 minutes of play and neither Real Salt Lake nor Seattle Sounders FC have managed to pull ahead. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with goals by Savarino Jefferson ('52) and Mulholland Luke ('66).
Seattle Sounders FC are down in 8th place with 44 points from 30 games, tie on points with Sporting Kansas City, which has two games in hand.
