UNITED STATES, Sep. 24, 2017 (AMP) — MLS: Two wins in a row for Sporting Kansas City. After their 3-1 win against New England on September 16, the Wizards continued their sensational form in the MLS with a 2-1 victory over LA Galaxy this Sunday.

Sporting Kansas City dominated the first half thanks to goals from Salloi Daniel ('18) and Rubio Diego ('35). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Wizards further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by in the th minute.

Sporting Kansas City climbed to 6th place with 47 points from 29 games, only one point behind Vancouver Whitecaps FC.
