MLS : Atlanta United beats Philadelphia 3-0

UNITED STATES, Sep. 27, 2017 (AMP) — MLS: Three wins in a row for Atlanta United. After their success against LA Galaxy and Montreal Impact, Five Stripes continued their sensational form in the MLS with a 3-0 victory over Philadelphia Union this Wednesday.

Atlanta United dominated the first half thanks to goals from Gressel Julian ('27) and Martinez Josef ('33). Leading 2-0 at the break, Five Stripes further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Peterson Jacob with just 2 minutes remaining in regulation time.

Atlanta United FC remains in third place with 52 points from 30 games, 3 points behind New York City FC.
