ENGLAND, Aug. 31, 2014 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 3: After two straigth victories against West Ham and QPR, the Spurs lost 3-0 against Liverpool.
Liverpool dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by midfielder Raheem Sterling in the 8th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Reds further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Gerrard '49/penalty and Moreno '60).
Liverpool climbed to fifth place with 6 points from 3 games, tie on points with Manchester City FC.
