Premier League (Week 14) : Liverpool beats Leicester 3-1
ENGLAND, Dec. 2, 2014 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 14: Two wins in a row for Liverpool. After their 1-0 win against Stoke City on November 29, the Reds continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 3-1 victory over Leicester this Tuesday.
Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet opened the score in the 22nd minute with an own goal, before seeing Liverpool catch up in the 26th minute thanks to Adam Lallana. 1-1 at half time. The Reds eventually won the game in the second period with two more goals by Gerrard ('54) and Henderson ('83).
Liverpool climbed to 8th place with 20 points from 14 games, tie on points with Arsenal, which has a game in hand.
