Premier League (Week 19) : Liverpool defeats Swansea 4-1
ENGLAND, Dec. 29, 2014 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 19: Two wins in a row for Liverpool. After their 0-1 win against Burnley on December 26, the Reds continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 4-1 victory over Swansea this Monday.
Adam Lallana scored dual goals
Liverpool dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Spanish defender Alberto Moreno in the 33rd minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Reds further widened their lead in the second period by scoring three times (Lallana '51, '61 and Shelvey '69/own).
Liverpool climbed to 8th place with 28 points from 19 games, 3 points behind Tottenham Hotspur.
