ENGLAND, Mar. 3, 2015 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 28: After losing 0-2 to Liverpool on February 28 and 1-0 to West Brom on February 28, the Saints bounced back with a 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace this Tuesday.

Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Senegalese midfielder Mane with just 8 minutes remaining in regulation time.

Southampton climbed to fifth place with 49 points from 28 games, only one point behind Manchester United FC, which has a game in hand.
