ENGLAND, Mar. 15, 2015 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 29: After losing 2-0 to Arsenal on March 4 and 2-0 to Stoke City on March 4, the Toffees returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Newcastle this Sunday.

Everton dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Scottish midfielder James McCarthy in the 20th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Toffees further widened their lead in the second period by scoring twice (Lukaku '56/penalty and Barkley '90).

Newcastle United remains in 11st place with 35 points from 29 games, 4 points behind West Ham United.
