ENGLAND, May. 3, 2015 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 35: Two wins in a row for Chelsea. After their 1-3 win against Leicester on April 29, the Blues continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace this Sunday.
All the action happened in the first half, with Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard goal in the 45th minute.
Chelsea remains in first place with 83 points from 35 games, a 16-point lead over runner-up Manchester City FC, which has a game in hand.
