ENGLAND, Aug. 15, 2015 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 2: After their 2-2 draw against Watford on August 8, the Toffees returned to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Southampton this Saturday.
Romelu Lukaku scored dual goals
Everton dominated the first half thanks to goals from Lukaku ('22, '45). Leading 2-0 at the break, the Toffees further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Barkley with just 6 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Everton climbed to second place with 4 points from 2 games, 2 points behind Manchester United FC.
