Premier League (Week 9) : Southampton and Leicester play to a 2-2 draw
ENGLAND, Oct. 17, 2015 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 9: Leicester was held to a 2-2 draw by Southampton on Saturday.
Southampton players started off well by taking the lead thanks to goals by Fonte ('21) and Van Dijk Virgil ('37). However, even though they were leading 2-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Leicester with dual goals from Leicester forward Jamie Vardy ('66 and '90.
Leicester City remains in fifth place with 16 points from 9 games, tie on points with Arsenal, which has a game in hand.
