Premier League (Week 9) : Chelsea beats Aston Villa 2-0
ENGLAND, Oct. 17, 2015 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 9: After losing 1-3 to Southampton on October 3, the Blues returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Aston Villa this Saturday.
Chelsea dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Spanish forward Costa Diego in the 34th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Blues further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Hutton into his own net in the 54th minute.
Chelsea climbed to 11st place with 11 points from 9 games, 2 points behind Liverpool.
