Premier League (Week 10) : West Ham defeats Chelsea 2-1
ENGLAND, Oct. 24, 2015 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 10: Two wins in a row for West Ham. After their 1-3 win against Crystal Palace on October 17, the Hammers continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 2-1 victory over Chelsea this Saturday.
West Ham dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Argentine forward Mauro Zárate in the 17th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Hammers further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Carroll in the 79th minute.
West Ham United climbed to second place with 20 points from 10 games, only one point behind Manchester City FC, which has a game in hand.
