Premier League (Week 26) : Watford beats Crystal Palace 2-1
ENGLAND, Feb. 13, 2016 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 26: After losing 1-0 to Tottenham on February 6, the Hornets returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Crystal Palace this Saturday.
Troy Deeney scored dual goals
Watford forward Troy Deeney opened the score in the 16th minute on penalty, before seeing Crystal Palace catch up in the 45th minute thanks to Emmanuel Adebayor. 1-1 at half time. The Hornets eventually won the game in the second period with with another goal by Deeney with just 8 minutes remaining in regulation time.
Watford FC climbed to 8th place with 36 points from 26 games, only one point behind West Ham United, which has a game in hand.
