Premier League (Week 7) : Liverpool beats Swansea 2-1
ENGLAND, Oct. 1, 2016 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 7: Four wins in a row for Liverpool. After their success against Leicester, Chelsea and Hull, the Reds continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 2-1 victory over Swansea this Saturday.
Swansea had started off well by taking the lead in the 8th minute with a goal by Dutch midfielder Leroy Fer. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Reds nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring twice in the second period (Firmino Roberto '54 and Milner '84 on penalty).
Liverpool climbed to second place with 16 points from 7 games, 2 points behind Manchester City FC, which has a game in hand.
