Premier League (Week 7) : Sunderland and West Brom play out 1-1 draw
ENGLAND, Oct. 1, 2016 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 7: The match between Sunderland and West Brom ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
West Brom players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Belgian midfielder Nacer Chadli in the 35th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Sunderland with a saving goal from Dutch defender Patrick van Aanholt in the 83rd minute.
West Bromwich Albion remains in 9th place with 9 points from 7 games, 2 points behind Crystal Palace.
