Premier League (Week 6) : Crystal Palace defeats Sunderland 3-2

ENGLAND, Sep. 24, 2016 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 6: Three wins in a row for Crystal Palace. After their success against Middlesbrough and Stoke City, the Eagles continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 3-2 victory over Sunderland this Saturday.

Sunderland had started off well by taking the lead in the 39th minute with a goal by forward Jermain Defoe. Trailing 1-0 at half time, the Eagles nonetheless manage to reverse the direction of the game by scoring three times in the second period (Ledley '61, McArthur '76 and Benteke '90).

Crystal Palace remains in 8th place with 10 points from 6 games, tie on points with Chelsea, which has a game in hand.
