Premier League (Week 7) : Everton and Crystal Palace tied at 1-1

ENGLAND, Sep. 30, 2016 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 7: Everton was held to a 1-1 draw by Crystal Palace on Friday.

Everton players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Belgian forward Romelu Lukaku in the 35th minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by Crystal Palace with a saving goal from Belgian forward Christian Benteke in the 50th minute.

Everton climbed to third place with 14 points from 7 games, tie on points with Tottenham Hotspur, which has a game in hand.
