ENGLAND, Feb. 27, 2017 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 26: After a 2-0 victory over Tottenham on February 11, the Reds lost 3-1 against Leicester.
Jamie Vardy scored dual goals
Leicester dominated the first half thanks to goals from Vardy ('28) and Drinkwater Danny ('39). Leading 2-0 at the break, Leicester players further widened their lead in the second period with another goal by Vardy in the 60th minute.
Liverpool remains in fifth place with 49 points from 26 games, one point behind Arsenal, which has a game in hand.
