Premier League (Week 26) : Watford and West Ham play out 1-1 draw
ENGLAND, Feb. 25, 2017 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 26: The match between Watford and West Ham ended in a 1-1 draw on Saturday.
Watford players started off well by taking the lead thanks to Watford forward Troy Deeney on penalty in the 3rd minute. However, even though they were leading 1-0 at half time, they could not prevent a comeback by West Ham with a saving goal from Ghanaian midfielder André Ayew in the 73rd minute.
West Ham United climbed to 9th place with 33 points from 26 games, 7 points behind West Bromwich Albion.
