Premier League (Week 27) : Chelsea defeats West Ham 2-1

ENGLAND, Mar. 6, 2017 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 27: Two wins in a row for Chelsea. After their 3-1 win against Swansea on February 25, the Blues continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 2-1 victory over West Ham this Monday.

Chelsea dominated the first half thanks to a goal scored by Belgian midfielder Eden Hazard in the 25th minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Blues further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Costa Diego in the 50th minute.

Chelsea remains in first place with 66 points from 27 games, a 10-point lead over runner-up Tottenham Hotspur.
