Premier League (Week 29) : Bournemouth defeats Swansea 2-0
ENGLAND, Mar. 18, 2017 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 29: Two wins in a row for Bournemouth. After their 3-2 win against West Ham on March 11, the Cherries continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 2-0 victory over Swansea this Saturday.
Bournemouth dominated the first half as a result of the unfortunate own goal scored by Mawson Alfie in the 31st minute. Leading 1-0 at the break, the Cherries further widened their lead in the second period with a goal by Afobe in the 72nd minute.
AFC Bournemouth climbed to 11st place with 33 points from 29 games, tie on points with Southampton, which has three games in hand.
