ENGLAND, Mar. 18, 2017 (AMP) — Premier League / Match day 29: Three wins in a row for Crystal Palace. After their success against Middlesbrough and West Brom, the Eagles continued their sensational form in the Premier League with a 1-0 victory over Watford this Saturday.
Both teams held off against each other during the first 45 minutes of the game. 0-0 at half time. Everything was decided in the second period with a saving goal by Watford forward Troy Deeney into his own net in the 68th minute.
Watford FC remains in 13rd place with 31 points from 28 games, one point behind Burnley.
